- ■Mr. Jiefei (Jeff) Lin is a founding partner of Bright & Right and director of the venture capital department.
- ■Mr. Lin has been engaged by several domestic and foreign-funded enterprises as legal counsel, mainly dealing with the corporate governance and other legal affairs relating to international trade.
- ■Since 2005, Mr. Lin has participated in several multi-million-dollar projects, on restructuring and financing, and accumulated rich experience in investment and finance fields. He is now the counsel for two funds from Europe and also provides legal services for the Chinese SMEs at start-up stage.
- ■Mr. Lin is dedicated to the studies of legal issues related to the Chinese overseas investment and has built up sound cooperation with business and legal partners home and abroad, which has enabled Mr. Lin to provide reliable one-stop services to the clients.
