BRIGHT & RIGHT’s Strategic Cooperation with Hecht & Associates

Dr. Michael Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Partner of BRIGHT & RIGHT^®, representing BRIGHT & RIGHT^®, has had the honor of receiving his old friend Mr. Charles J. Hecht, a renowned and experienced American attorney-at-law in securities on Aril 30, 2008 in BRIGHT & RIGHT^®. This is the third time that Dr. Michael Liu and Mr. Charles Hecht met in Beijing, and they first met more than two years ago in Beijing. They have had a wonderful discussion about many things of their common interest and decided to start full cooperation in the field of securities for Chinese enterprises who plan IPO or reverse mergers in the USA. Mr. Charles Hecht has been helping more and more Chinese enterprises to be listed in the USA stock markets. BRIGHT & RIGHT is assisting a few Chinese enterprises to be listed in the USA.
