BRIGHT & RIGHT Participated in Celebration of New York Convention

Dr. Michael Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Partner, participated in the academic conference for the sake of celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the New York Convention on June 6, 2008 in the People’s University of Law School. This event was jointly organized by CIETAC and the People’s University Law School. In the opening speech made by Mr. EXiang Wan, the Vice President of the People’s Supreme Court, he put forward ten topics out of the legal practice in China for further research and study with respect to the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in China.
