Ms. Hua Lin, Attorney-at-Law & Partner, Dr. Michael Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Partner, BRIGHT & RIGHT, have been invited to attend the working session of AHK working group “Rechtsfragen in China” on the newly amended Patent Law on February 20, 2009, where Dr. Pattloch, the EU Intellectual Property Officer, has briefed the participants on the relevant changes to the Patent Law in China. A warm discussion on the relevant changes therein has followed thereafter.
