Successful Litigation Representation by BRIGHT & RIGHT in Germany

Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu and Ms. Hua Lin, Attorneys-at-Law and Partners of BRIGHT & RIGHT, have accepted the entrustment from one German client living in China to bring a suit against a large company in one southern court of Germany, and achieved success thereof.  After the entrustment from the said German client, they cooperated closely with their German colleagues, their cooperation lawyers in Germany, Dr. Degen and Mr. Scholz, in analyzing the case facts and guiding the client to make thorough preparations in the collection of evidence.  As the main case facts occurred in China, which were constantly developing further, Dr. Liu and Ms Lin have closely cooperated with the client, been informed of the latest case development, and guided the client in taking active measures, thus turning the disadvantageous circumstances into advantageous ones and laying the solid foundations for the final perfect settlement of the dispute.  With the constant efforts by themselves and their German colleagues for almost one year, they have finally achieved the settlement with the German company in the process of first instance proceedings, thus helped the client to recover his losses.  The client is also very happy with the final result of the case.
