BRIGHT & RIGHT^® 100% Won the Case on Debt Dispute for A German Client in China

Ms. Hua Lin and Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorneys-at-Law and Partners of BRIGHT & RIGHT^®, have 100% won the case on the debt dispute for one client from Heidelberg, Germany.  The client has been sued by his former cooperation partner in the Haidian District Court, Beijing for the so-called failure of returning the debt owed.  Ms. Hua Lin and Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorneys-at-Law and Partners of BRIGHT & RIGHT^® have decisively won the first instance in the Haidian District Court, whereby the claims of that cooperation partner have all been refuted, and the said judgment has been further confirmed by the court decision of the second instance, thus a large sum of potential losses has been saved for the client, with which the client has been very satisfied.
