Starting from July 4, 2013, Miss Hua Lin and Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorneys-at-Law & Partners of BRIGHT & RIGHT^®, have been offering the relevant legal services to a mother of three (3) children in need of urgent legal assistance.  As she lost her German husband all of sudden in the traffic accident in the northern city of China, she, following the recommendation of German Embassy in China and with the help from her friend, came to BRIGHT & RIGHT^® for the urgent legal assistance.  After being fully informed of the relevant urgent circumstances, Miss Hua Lin and Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu have immediately decided to offer their free-of-charge legal services to her, whereby they have given her the relevant legal counseling on the critical issues related to the Chinese inheritance law, the German inheritance law, the German insurance law, the Chinese employment law and the German employment law, as well as other necessary legal assistances in China and Germany.  This is the second time that Miss Hua Lin and Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu have offered their legal services to the persons in need on the free-of-charge basis.
