Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Founding Partner and his colleague Linda Lin, attorney-at-Law of BRIGHT & RIGHT® have successively achieved the satisfactory court judgment of first instance, the satisfactory court judgment of second instance, whereby the original judgment has been affirmed, as well as the satisfactory court decision of retrial, whereby the claim of the opposite party has been overruled and the original judgment has been affirmed, for our German Client in the first part of traffic accident compensation case.  Representing our German client, we feel very grateful with great grace that the court of first instance, the court of second instance and the court of retrial, the three-level courts in Shenyang municipality, Liaoning Province, have rendered the respective just judgments and decision pursuant to the laws, thus the legitimate interests of German client (the aggrieved person) have been protected, having set the example for the good international image of rule of law in China, and having made their due contributions to the building of good international business environment in Northeast China.
