The German client’s first part of traffic accident compensation case, handled with special authorization by Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Founding Partner and his colleague Linda Lin, attorney-at-Law of BRIGHT & RIGHT®, has now fallen into the difficult litigation proceedings in the compulsory execution procedure due to the debt evasion by the taxi company as the debtor therein.  Based upon the satisfactory court judgment that has come into force and effect, we have applied for the compulsory execution by the court, as the taxi company involved therein has refused to fulfill its legally prescribed compensation liabilities.  The taxi company involved therein has been trying its best by all means to evade the legally prescribed compensation liabilities, therefore, the relevant litigation proceedings in the compulsory execution procedure are going on now with difficulty.  Representing our German client, we feel very grateful with great grace for the strenuous efforts exerted by all the court judges in charge of the litigation proceedings in the compulsory execution procedure.
