The relevant litigation activities of our German client’s traffic accident compensation case, handled with special authorization by Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Founding Partner and his colleague Linda Lin, attorney-at-Law of BRIGHT & RIGHT®, have been seriously affected by the three-year pandemic.  As Corona pandemic broke out suddenly, international personnel exchange was interrupted, our German client could not fly to Shenyang, China for the disability appraisal as planned before, therefore, we had to divide the said traffic accident compensation case into two cases, so that our German client could receive the part of compensation in time.  We have sent the complete litigation documentations for the litigation proceedings in the compulsory execution procedure, including one original evidential document and several original evidential documentations that have been duly notarized and legalized, to the court in Shenyang per Shunfeng courier, whereas we have been notified by Shunfeng service call after almost two months that the said complete documentations have been lost.  Our German client has sent us the mail package of new evidential documentations that have been duly notarized and legalized per registered post on October 27, 2022, yet we have not received it till now, whereas there has been no result after the inquiry conducted in Germany.  We have suffered huge losses in the loss of the aforesaid evidential documentations, in particular the loss of the only original evidential document that cannot be regenerated, whereby the relevant litigation process has been seriously affected, as we have had to prepare the complete litigation documentations once more, and our German client has to prepare the evidential documentations again, which are to be duly notarized and legalized.
