Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Founding Partner and his colleague Linda Lin, Attorney-at-Law of BRIGHT & RIGHT®, have been able to carry forward the relevant litigation activities related to the German client’s compensation of traffic accident after the three-year pandemic.  The former shareholder of the taxi company would not accept the right court decision thereupon, and has raised the claim of opposition to the addition and change of executee, for which we have submitted our formal reply, demanding that the right court decision should be maintained, and its claim therefor should be rejected, which has been duly supported by the court judgment of first instance, thus we have been able to move forward the new page in the compulsory execution.
