Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Founding Partner and his colleague Linda Lin, Attorney-at-Law of BRIGHT & RIGHT®, have been able to carry forward the relevant litigation activities related to the German client’s compensation of traffic accident after the three-year pandemic.  We have initiated the claim for the second part of compensation (related to the disability appraisal) and made the application for the disability appraisal for our German client in the court of first instance, whereby the case has been formally accepted thereby.
