Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Founding Partner and his colleague Linda Lin, Attorney-at-Law of BRIGHT & RIGHT®, have been able to carry forward the relevant litigation activities related to the German client’s compensation of traffic accident after the three-year pandemic.  The former shareholder of taxi company would not follow the right just court judgment of first instance on its claim of opposition to addition and change of executee, and has raised the appeal thereagainst related to its claim of opposition to addition and change of executee in the second instance.  We have attended the court hearing of second instance, in which we have submitted our formal detailed convincing reply, demanding that the right just court judgment of first instance should be duly maintained, and its appeal of claim therefor should be rejected, which has been finally supported by the court judgment of second instance, thus we have turned over the new page in the compulsory execution.
