Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Founding Partner and his colleague Linda Lin, Attorney-at-Law of BRIGHT & RIGHT®, have been able to carry forward the relevant litigation activities related to the German client’s compensation of traffic accident after the three-year pandemic.  We have applied for adding the former shareholder of taxi company as the executee therefor, which has been supported by the court decision thereupon.  After the due confirmation thereof by the court judgments in two (2) instances, the said court decision on adding the former shareholder of taxi company as the executee therefor has formally come into force and effect.  Therefore, we have submitted our enforcement application therefor to the court, thus we have turned over the new page in the compulsory execution thereof.
