| Ms Hua Lin and Dr. Michael Liu Had an Interview with China Legal Daily on Chinese Overseas Investment in Germany |

On June 14, 2007, Miss Hua Lin, Diplom-Juristin(Muenster), Attorney-at-Law, Partner and BBAC Vice Secretary-General, together with Dr. Michael Liu, LL.M.(Muenster), Attorney-at-Law, Partner and BBAC Vice President, had an interview with the reporter from China Legal Daily, during which they answered many questions regarding the overseas investment in EU, in particular, in Germany. They discussed about the legal procedures for the overseas investment required by Chinese government. The interview lasted more than one hour in a smooth and cordial style.
