The English and German version of the Real Right Law of the People's Republic of China, translated by Dr. Michael Liu and Dr. Stephan Degen, plus its preface in German have been published in the German leading journal for international business law, RIW (Recht der Internationalen Wirtschaft) in November, 2007.

This joint dedicated work by Dr. Michael Liu and Dr. Stephan Degen, which has taken them pretty much time based upon their German working style, has provided the international legal world with a reliable source for practice and research in this respect.
