One large private manufacturer of top furniture products in China made an investment in Germany a few years ago, whereby a company has been established in a city in the Ruhrgebiet to develop the market in Europe.  Due to the various restrictions in German labor laws, the company has experienced many difficulties from the very beginning of its investment.  Although the due legal assistance has been obtained from the German attorney, the company was not successful in getting the proper visa for the high-ranking officers, or their applications for the visa were refused, which made it impossible to implement the corporate planning in time, thus the plan of developing the European market has been seriously affected. 

Later, with the introduction by a friend, BRIGHT & RIGHT has been retained to offer the legal counseling services to the company with respect to its investment activities in Germany.  Dr. Michael Liu, Ms. Hua Lin, Attorneys-at-Law and Partners of BRIGHT & RIGHT, have cooperated closely with their German colleagues in providing the whole package of counseling services on its investment activities in Germany, which cover many aspects including finance, sales, human resources and the like.  At the time, the most urgent problem BRIGHT & RIGHT had to solve for the company was the visa problem, the biggest obstacle in the process of investment.  The German practice Team of BRIGHT & RIGHT, led by Dr. Michael Liu and Ms. Hua Lin, has started sorting out various relations, prepared various relevant documents based on the relevant German laws, which have been submitted to the German Embassy and the local Auslaenderamt on time.  They have remained in constant touch with the German Embassy and the local Auslaenderamt, explaining the Germany Embassy and the local Auslaenderamt the real happenings with all the details.  In particular, facing the special sudden circumstances, they were able to communicate with the German Embassy and the local Auslaenderamt, and find a joint solution after mutual discussion.  In the very end, BRIGHT & RIGHT has been able to obtain the proper working visa and the investment visa for the high-ranking officers of the company, thus eradicating the biggest obstacle for the company in its process of German investment.
