BRIGHT & RIGHT Forum I: Seminar on Latest US IPR Litigation, was held on October 23, 2009 in the conference room of BRIGHT & RIGHT Beijing main office, whereby a small-scale seminar in English among close legal professionals for international legal affairs in Beijing was organized by Dr. Michael Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Partner of BRIGHT & RIGHT.  Dr. Michael Liu has invited Mr. Rick Harris, Attorney-at-Law & Partner, Miss Cecilia Zhang Stiber, Attorney-at-Law, the two legal professionals in charge of IPR affairs in Day Pitney LLP, one of the international cooperation partners of BRIGHT & RIGHT, to make the presentation on the topic: “the Latest Development of IPR Litigation in the USA".  More than fifteen (15) legal professionals from other domestic and international law offices as well as a few legal professionals of BRIGHT & RIGHT have been invited to participate in the said seminar, whereby the in-depth elaboration of the  latest developments in IPR litigation in the USA was made by Mr. Harris and Miss Stiber in detail, followed by the warm and active discussion and exchange regarding the relevant questions on the US and Chinese legal system among the US legal professionals, the German legal professionals and the Chinese legal professionals.  All the international legal professionals who participated therein have enjoyed this successful high-ranking in-depth legal discussion.
