| BRIGHT & RIGHT® Won Trademark Opposition Case for Greek Client in China |

Ms. Hua Lin & Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorneys-at-Law & Partners of BRIGHT & RIGHT® have been successful in winning the trademark Opposition case for one Greek client in the field of agricultural products. The client’s most important trademark has been illegally applied for registration in China by a local Chinese company, which has been found out by the Greek Embassy in China, and this act of illegal trademark application has caused quite a stir in the Greek mass media. Recommended by the Greek Embassy, BRIGHT & RIGHT® has been entrusted to file the trademark opposition against the said illegal trademark application.
