China Real Right Law in English and German

This is the Real Right Law of PRC in German and English version, published in RIW, Recht der Internationalen Wirtschaft, the leading law magazine in Germany for international commercial law.  The English version is translated by Dr. Michael Liu, the German version is translated by Dr. Stephan Degen. The preface where the historial background and the future development trend of the real right law in China were been briefly dealt with has been jointly written by Dr. Michael Liu and Dr. Stephan Degen.
